植物营养素拌种对旱地高产小麦花后根系衰老及产量的影响

摘　　要：在大田条件下研究了 3种植物营养素拌种对旱地高产小麦花后根系衰老及产量的影响 ,认为植物营养素拌种花后根系活力、根系 SOD、CAT活性及可溶性蛋白质含量增加 ,MDA含量减少 ,可延缓根系衰老 ,虽产量增加 ,但拌种处理与对照 (不拌种 )差异较少 ,因而在旱地高产麦田可以实施植物营养素拌种 ,但只能作为辅助措施。Effects of seed dressing in 3 plant nutrient on the senescence of roots after anthesis and yield had been studied in dry land wheat of high yield.The treatment of using seed dressing in plant nutrient,the roots system vigor,the activity of superoxide dismatase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) and the soluble protein content in wheat roots increased,and the content of malondiadehyde (MDA) in wheat roots decreased,and delayed the senescence of roots.However,when using seed dressing in plant nutrient the yield increased,but there was little significant difference between treatment of using seed dressing in plant nutrient and control (no seed dressing).So the seed dressing in plant nutrient might be put into effect in dry land wehat of high yield,and as a auxiliary measure.
