海外矿产投资可行性评估研究——以江苏省地矿局玻利维亚锰矿项目为例

摘　　要：在综合分析研究了海外矿产投资项目所涉及到的各种具体因素的基础之上,结合江苏省地矿局投资的实际情况,得出影响海外矿产投资项目可行性最主要的10项外部因素和10项内部因素,采用模糊层次综合评价法对项目可行性进行综合评分,根据综合得分的高低为项目投资与否提供了较为科学的参考依据。The related sepcific factors of the overseas mining investment projects are analyzed com- prehensively. Combining with the actual investement situation of Jiangsu geology ＆ mineral exploration bureau,the most important 10 outside elements and 10 inside elements which infulence the feasibility of overseas mining investment project are obtained. Then, the composite scores of the feasibility of the over- seas mining investment project can be acquired by using the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. The composite scores provide some reference for the overseas mining investment.
