摘　　要：药物性低血糖是由于药物的使用导致血糖低于2.8 mmol/L时所致的交感神经兴奋,以及中枢神经损害的临床综合征。患者一般先出现饥饿心慌、大汗淋漓、无力手抖、面色苍白等症状,随着血糖的继续降低,患者会出现精神和意识等方面的症状,如头痛、头晕,甚至昏迷等。低血糖可引起氧化应激、心律失常,严重时可导致脑缺血性损伤,诱发心肌梗死、心力衰竭及心源性猝死等。目前糖尿病患者应用药物所导致的低血糖事件非常普遍,其中降糖药物的不当使用最为常见。Drug-induced hypoglycemia refers to the clinical syndromes due to use of drugs resulted plas- ma glucose below 2.8 mmol/L, sympathetic nerve excitement and central nerve damage. Generally, hunger, palpitation, excessive sweating, powerless hands trembling, pale face appear at first, followed by blood glucose lowering, and spirit and consciousness symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and coma. Hypoglycemia can cause oxidative stress, arrhythmia, even cerebral ischemic injury, myocardial infarction, heart failure and sud- den cardiac death. At present drug-induced hypoglycemia in diabetes is very common, and the improper use of oral glucose-lowering drug is most common.
