我院头孢菌素类抗菌药物门诊使用合理性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨我院门诊患者头孢菌素类抗菌药物使用情况,分析其用药合理性,促进安全用药并降低细菌耐药性.方法收集北京市第三甲医院2012年7 ～12月门诊患者抗生素使用处方80 753张,对其中使用头孢菌素类抗生素的41 396张处方进行用药合理性分析.结果 头孢菌素类使用种类占抗菌药物使用种类的45.7%,处方比率为51.3%,使用金额占抗菌药物使用总金额的60%.用量前10位的头孢菌素有3种为2代头孢,其余均为3代头孢;其中药物利用指数＞1的有4种,分别为注射用头孢米诺、头孢地尼胶囊、注射用头孢替安、头孢地尼胶囊.结论 我院门诊头孢菌素类抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍应进一步加强管理.Objective To discuss usage of cephalosporins in our hospital outpatient department, analyze the rationality of using drugs, increase the medication safety and reduce bacterial resistance. Methods A study of 80 753 antibiotic prescriptions and 41 396 cephalosporin prescriptions in the outpatient department of the Third Hospital of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces during Jul. 2012 and Dec. 2012 were collected and analyzed for the rationality of using drugs. Results The categories of Cephalosporins accounted for 45.7% of all antibiotics,the prescriptions of eephalosporins accounted for 51.3% and the cost of eephalo- sporins accounted for 60%. Among the dosage top 10 cephalosporins,there were three kinds of the sencond- generation cephalosporins and the rest were the third-generation cephalosporins. Including four kinds of DUI 〉 1, namely cefminox, cefdinir capsules,injectable cefotiam and eefdinir capsules. Conclusion The use of eephalosporins in our hospital is basically rational, though the management is still need to be enhanced.
