摘　　要：目的 了解妇女乳腺常见疾病的发病情况,探讨影响乳腺疾病发病率及乳腺癌病死率的因素.方法 选取2010年1月至2013年2月在河北大学附属医院进行体检的6769例妇女,采用手诊结合IBS800红外乳腺检查仪（台车式）进行乳房透照,可疑乳腺病变者进一步行乳腺B超、乳腺钼靶X线摄片及乳腺核磁共振检查,以确诊乳腺增生病、乳腺良性肿瘤或乳腺癌.结果 患乳腺疾病人数为4370例,患病率为64.56%;乳腺增生病人数为3827例,发病率为56.54%,发病率居乳腺疾病的首位,多发于30 ～49岁;副乳腺229例,发病率为3.38%,仅次于乳腺增生病;乳腺癌19例,发病率281/10万.结论 乳腺增生病是妇女乳腺疾病中最常见的疾病,倡导妇女定期到专业医疗单位体检,早发现,早诊断,早治疗乳腺疾病,通过体检筛查降低乳腺癌的病死率,提高妇女生活质量和健康水平.Objective To understand the incidence of common diseases of women＇s breast,to investi- gate the possible causes affecting the incidence of breast disease and breast cancer mortality. Methods From Hospital Affiliated to Hebei University during Jan. 2010 and Feb. 2013,6769 women physical examina- tion were selected, using hand diagnosis with IBS800 infrared mammary tester（trolley） of breast transillumi- nation, suspicious breast diseases were further diagnosed by breast B ultrasound, breast mammography and breast MRI, to confirm hyperplasia of mammary glands, breast benign tumor or breast cancer. Results Breast diseases were found in 4370 patients ,the prevalence rate was 64.56% ;the number of patients with hyperpla- sia of mammary glands was 3827 cases, the incidence rate was 56.54%, which is the top among breast disea- ses by incidence,mostly in patients of 30-49 years; 229 cases of accessory breast,the incidence rate was 3.38% ,second only to breast hyperplasia; 19 cases of breast cancer, incidence rate of 281/100 thousand. Conclusion Breast hyperplasia disease is the most common disease among women＇s breast diseases,regular physical examination at professional medical service units is recommended for women, to realize the early discovery, early diagnosis, and early treatment of breast diseases, so as to reduce breast cancer mortality and improve women＇s quality of life and health through physical examination.
