腔内超声探头在股动脉假性动脉瘤诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨腔内超声探头在诊治股动脉假性动脉瘤（PSA）的应用价值.方法 选取2010年1月至2013年1月在广州医学院第三附属医院经股动脉介入或穿刺术后形成的PSA患者19例,使用腔内探头引导下定位瘘口,加压使瘘口闭合、瘤内血流消失,然后用弹力绷带加压固定,12 ～24 h后复查观察疗效.结果 19例患者中有16例腔内超声探头引导下压迫治疗1次成功,3例2次压迫成功.随访未见复发.结论 在传统的浅表探头诊治股动脉PSA的基础上,联合应用腔内探头,方便快捷,疗效可靠,能达到更佳诊疗效果,值得推广应用.Objective To investigate the application value of transvaginal ultrasound probe in diagnosis and treatment of femoral artery pseudoaneurysms. Methods During Jan. 2010 and Jan. 2013,19 cases of pseudoaneurysms formed after femoral artery intervention or puncture from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College were selected, transvaginal ultrasound probe was used to guide positioning orifici- um fistulae, then pressure was given to close the fistulae until blood flow within the pseudoaneurysms disap- peared. Then elastic bandages was used to fix and fasten the position, after 12-24 hours the effect was checked again. Results Sixteen patients out of the 19 cases were successfully treated in one therapy, the other 3 cases was treated by secondary compression therapy. No recurrence was observed during the follow-up. Conclusion On the basis of diagnosis and treating femoral artery pseudoaneurysms with superficial probe, the combination use of transvaginal probe could be more convenient and reliable, achieving better diagnostic and therapeutic effect, thus is worthy of popularization and application.
