摘　　要：围绕特细号纯棉集聚纺纱的性能特点和生产措施,分析了集聚纺胶辊的特点及要求;对比了国产厂家不同型号集聚纺胶辊的纺纱质量及抗挠性能并进行优化试生产;指出:WRC-365型表面不处理胶辊具有适纺性强、吸放湿性能好、表面爽洁、抗绕效果好的特性,通过CF 2.9tex纱的生产实践证明该胶辊不但适用生产纯棉中细号品种,而且在生产特细号品种时,同样具有产品质量好、一致性好、适应性强、生产稳定的特点,且性价比高,可替代进口胶辊。As to the performance and the production measures of the compact spinning of pure cotton with super fine yarn,analysis is clone to the feature and the requirement of the compact spinning cot. Comparative analysis is done to the compact spinning cot of different specifica- tions regarding yarn quality and entangling-resistance, and trial production is carried out. It is pointed out that the non-treatment cot WRC-365 is of good spinnability,good moisture absorp- tion,clean surface and good anti-entangling. Spinning of yarn CF 2.9 tex proves that the com- pact spinning cot is not only applicable for the production of pure cotton with middle or fine count,but also of good quality, consitancy,applicability and stability in production of super fine yarn. The performance and price ratio is high, consequently a good substitution for the imported product.
