摘　　要：为了降低No363型倍捻机捻度不匀率,分析了捻度不匀率产生的原因,通过工艺参数优选、关键配件的选配、设备的状态维护、加强操作管理等措施,较好地解决了其捻不匀问题,使细号和高档股线捻度不匀由4.5%降低到2.0%以内,中粗号股线捻度不匀稳定在2.5%以内,生产效率达到98.3%。In order to reduce the irregular twist of the doubling twister No363, analysis is done to the cause resulting in irregular twist. An good method removing the irregular twist calls for process optimization, selection of key parts, equipment maintenance and operation manage- ment, producing an irregular twist drop from 4.5 % to 2.0 % for the fine and quality plied yarn while the irregular twist of the middle sized plied yarn keeps within 2.5%, production efficiency reaching 98.3 %.
