摘  要:运用大型有限元软件ANSYS对X80管线钢埋弧焊接温度场进行了数值分析。根据实际情况建立多层多道焊的三维有限元模型,选用三维双椭球体积热源分布模式,采用生死单元技术模拟焊缝的依次生成,利用APDL参数化编程实现热源的移动和加载。计算得到了各个时间点的温度场瞬态分布以及典型特征点的热循环曲线。每层施焊后冷却100 s左右,层间温度降低到120℃,达到焊接生产要求。焊接温度场的分析计算为残余应力的求解和焊缝组织结构的准确预测奠定了基础。In this article, it used the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS tocarry out numerical simulation for X80 pipeline steel welding temperature field. The three-dimensional finite element model of multi-layer and multi-pass welding was made according to the practice condition. Choosing three-dimensional double-ellipsoid moving source as the thermal model, adopting birth-death element to simulate weld forming successively, and utilizing APDL parametric programming to realize the moving and loading of the heat resource. The thermal cycling curve of temperature field transient distribution in each time and typical points was obtained by calculation. In order to reach welding production require-ment, after welding each layer, it should cool down about 100 s and ensure interlayer-temperature reducing to 120 ℃. The analytical calculation of welding temperature field made a foundation for finding the solution of residual stress and the accurate prediction of weld organization.
