摘  要:HFW焊管生产已成为一种成熟的制管技术,无论是陆地还是海洋用管,HFW焊管在油井管、油气输送管方面都得到了较为普遍的使用。随着输送压力的提高,对HFW钢管焊接质量提出了更高的要求,冲击韧性是衡量焊接质量至关重要的指标之一。结合某钢管厂HFW焊管生产实践,通过冲击试验和断口组织来分析HFW焊管焊缝冲击韧性的影响因素,并就如何提高焊缝处冲击韧性提出一些改进措施。The HFW pipe production process has come to be a mature technology; it is commonly used in oil well pipe and the pipe for transporting oil and gas, whether it is used in onshore or offshore. With pipeline transmission pressure increasing, the more higher welding quality requirement for HFW pipe is put forward, and the impact toughness is one of the crucial indicators to evaluate welding quality. In this article, it analyzed the effect factors to HFW pipe weld by impact test and fracture organization, combining with some HFW pipe manufacturer production practice. Finally, some improvement measures were proposed.
