摘  要:在红鲤、镜鲤和野鲤中进行线粒体 1 6SrRNA和Cytb基因片段的序列测定。结果发现 ,3个鲤品种在多达 859个碱基长度上无变异 ,但是与已报道的鲤全序列中的同源序列则有约 1 5%的趋异。这个结果提示 3个鲤品种可能在起源中是独立的一支 。Mitochondrial DNA sequence analysis was carried out in 3 strains of Chinese carp (Cyprinus carpio L. var.), i.e.red carp, mirror carp and wild carp and compared with reference carp strain of unknown origin. There were no base substitutions among 3 strains at up to 859 base pairs, however, comparison between these sequences and homologous sequence of the reference strain showed about 0.19% and 1.46% divergence at 16S rRNA and Cytochrome b sequence, respectively. These results indicate that the genetic divergence among red carp, mirror carp and wild carp is exceptionally low, and they are probably an independent branch in the evolution of carp.
