摘  要:研制了一种基于法拉第磁光效应的大电流测量装置。该电流测量装置由以法拉第磁旋光玻璃、渥拉斯顿棱镜为核心光学器件的光路系统和信号处理电路两部分组成。利用电子电路控制绕在U形软磁体上的线圈中的电流,形成可调的模拟被测对象,对研制的电流测量装置进行了测试。测试结果表明,所研制的电流测量装置在较大范围内具有较好的线性度。由于国内磁旋光器件的性能与实用要求还有较大距离,使基于法拉第磁光效应的大电流测量技术的实用化还有较长的路要走。A high current measuring instrument based on the Faraday magneto-optic effect was developed. This high current measuring instrument consists of the signal processing electronic circuits and the optic system where the Faraday magneto-optic glass and the Wollaston prism were used as the key optic components. A adjustable simulating measured object was obtained by means of cont rolling the current of a coil wound around a soft horseshoe magnet with a electronic circuit. The high current measuring instrument stated fore was tested with this adjustable simulating measured object. The test results indicate that the high current measuring instrument possesses a good linearity within a relatively large range. Because of the low performance of the magneto-optic device at present, the application of the high current measuring technology based on the Faraday magneto-optic effect will not be realized until a farther future.
