摘　　要：分析了电焊设备及其焊接作业中的各种不安全因素,从电焊机、焊钳与电缆和保护接地(或接零)系统等三个方面,着重探讨电焊设备在使用之前应进行安全性技术检查的项目和内容,对每个方面均提出具体的技术要求和检查依据,这些方法具有较强的可操作性,且普遍适用于电弧焊作业领域。This artMe has analyzed the electric welding machine and various unsafe factors when welding operation ,and explored the safety inspection items and details before operate the equipment from three aspects, including the equipment, electrode holder, welding cable and earthing, etc. and put forward the technical requirements and inspection basis,which have good manipulation,are suitable for common arc welding operation.
