摘 要:针对传统逆变式脉冲TIG焊机在冷修补焊接时修复精度低、热输入量大、零部件的热变形量大等缺点,设计了一种基于Buck软换流型DC-DC主电路的脉冲TIG焊机,控制电路可以实现焊接脉冲电流、脉冲频率、脉冲时间的调节,并输出连续脉冲群。实验结果表明,软换相电路有效降低了开关损耗和电压电流尖峰;控制特性较好,脉冲电流上升和下降时间小,输出电流平稳。该焊机实现了脉冲电流、脉冲时间、脉冲频率控制精确,适合于低热输入量时的冷修补焊接场合。Aiming at the disadvantages of the conventional inverting pulse TIG welding such as low accuracy of repair,high heat input and large deformation of work piece when used to the welding occasion,a type of pulse TIG welding power supply based on Buck DC-DC main circuit integrated soft current-change technology was designed in the paper. The current,frequency and time of pulse can be adjusted flexibly and the pulse is continuous produced by control circuit. The experiment showed that the soft current- change circuit can reduce switching losses and restrain the peak of voltage and current. The time of rise and fall of pulse current was very short and the welding current was stable. There is a good performance and high accuracy in controlling the pulse current,pulse frequency and pulse time. This welding power supply is competent for instantaneous welding and cold repair welding.
