摘  要:为了保证下悬挂安装座板补焊后的平面度,螺纹齿形和电机安装外接口尺寸满足设计要求,分析并验证了多种补焊方法对电机下悬挂安装座板以上性能的影响。采用豪克能应力消除设备消除焊缝应力,采用盲孔法测量焊接残余应力,在测量应变后,采用专用计算软件自动计算焊接残余应力。试验结果表明:激光熔敷焊接方法能得到焊接变形较小的焊件,豪克能应力消除设备能将焊接拉应力变成有益的压应力,试验证明,补焊完成后的安装座板各项指标满足设计要求。In order to ensure the plainness of hanging down installed board,the form of thread and motor associated installation external tapping size meeting the design requirements 'after welding. This paper analyzed and verified that influence the various welding way of the performance of motor,processed on the welding line by the welding stress eliminating equipment,measured the welding residual stress using blind hole method. After strain measured,welding residual stress was automatic computed by dedicated calculation software. Testing result indicated that smaller deformation was got by welding molten using laser cladding welding method,welding pulling stress was became beneficial compressive stress by the welding stress eliminate equipment. Every index was met the design performance requirement after welding completion.
