摘 要:采用热处理、机械振动以及毫克能超声冲击技术对A7N01S-T5铝合金焊接接头进行处理,并采用X射线衍射法测量这三种处理方法前后的焊接残余应力。结果表明:采用超声冲击对铝合金焊接接头表面残余应力的处理效果最为显著,消除率达到了95%;采用热处理退火,焊缝及热影响区焊接残余应力有所降低,而母材区则有所升高,能有效均匀化焊接接头残余应力;而采用机械振动处理,应力只降低了约35%,效果相对较差。Heat treatment,mechanical vibration and hawking ultrasonic impact treatment were adopt to control residual stress of ATN01S-T5 alumim,m welding joints,and X ray diffraction method was carried out to measure welding residual stress before and after these three approaches.The results showed that effect of uhrasonic impact treatment on residual stress on ATN01S-T5 aluminum wehted joints is most significant,with eliminating rate arriving at approximately 95%.Heat treatment can effectively and evenly lower the peak of residual stress, with the welding residual stress of Weld and heat affected zone reduced and metal base risen, while effect of mechanical vibration was relatively poor, with eliminating rate arriving at only 35%.
