摘　　要：研究了溶剂萃取法提取衣康酸的工艺 .首先进行了萃取剂的选择 .研究了萃取剂浓度、pH值、萃取温度在不同萃取体系中对萃取衣康酸的影响 .A method of solvent extraction for extracting and separating itaconic acid was developed. At first, the suitable extractants were chosen. Then, the effects of several technological parameters, the concentration of itaconic acid and pH value in aqueous phase, concentration of extractant in organic phase and temperature on extraction of itaconic acid were determined. Based on the experimental results a mathematic model was developed.
