摘　　要：由于目前我国孤残儿童救助制度的不完善,导致孤残儿童权益遭受侵害的事件不断发生。当务之急要加快立法步伐,抓紧从完善孤残儿童救助的相关法律制度、加快孤残儿童救助政策的配套和儿童福利机构的定位转型等几个方面入手,进一步完善我国孤残儿童救助制度,为切实维护和保障孤残儿童权益提供有力的法律保障。Because China＇s orphans and dis- abled children＇s aid system is imperfect, leading to continuous incidents that or- phans and disabled children＇s rights have been violated. It is imperative to accelerate the pace of legislation, pay close attention to improve the relevant legal system of rescuing orphans and disabled children, ac- celerate the supporting of aid policies for orphans and disabled children and posi- tioning transformation of the child welfare agencies to further improve the relief sys- tem, to provide effective legal protection to effectively safeguard and protect the in- terests of orphans and disabled children.
