虚拟社会对应急警务的影响探析

摘　　要：随着互联网的飞速发展,网络虚拟社会应运而生,虚拟社会已成为现实社会之外的"第二社会",人类逐渐在虚拟社会中从事着与现实社会相似或相同的活动,并不断在虚拟社会中找到满足感和真实感。由此可见,虚拟社会在人类社会中已占有越来越重要的地位。虚拟社会包含在现实社会之中,是现实社会的另一种表达方式,具有虚拟性与跨地域性、开放性与交互性、自由性和即时性的特点,并对新时期、新形势下应急警务产生了重要影响。With the rapid development of the Intemet, online virtual community came into being, so that the virtual community has become the ＂second society＂ outside the real society. The human beings engaged in the same or similar activities in the virtual community, and continued to find satisfaction and realism in the virtual community. Thus, the virtual community has occupied an increasingly important position in human society. Virtual community included in the real society, was another expression of the real society, with the virtual and cross-regional, opening and interactive, free and timely characteristics, and had a significant impact on the emergency pohce under the new era and the new situation.
