摘  要:常规的电网资源管理系统建立在二维GIS基础之上,以图形符号方式展现电网设备,难以表达真实场景和三维信息。为了解决该问题,采用开源三维GIS引擎World Wind进行三维电网资源管理平台建设,综合采用细节层次(Levels of Detail,LOD)技术、可视性剔除算法等方式,可有效解决数据存储与加载、场景显示效率等问题。文章通过针对某项目区的输变电设备的三维场景构建、场景交互、信息检索等功能开发,介绍如何将三维电网资源进行管理并在三维场景中进行展现与应用,并论述了通过优化三维模型加载与显示策略,可提高三维场景显示效率,增强三维平台的用户体验,达到了预期效果,满足三维电网资源管理的要求。The traditional grid resource management system based on 2D GIS, shows the power equipments with graphic symbols, so it is difficult to express real scenes and 3D information. In order to solve this problem, this paper uses an open source 3D GIS engine, World Wind, to build a 3D grid resource management platform. Several technologies including the LOD technology, the visibility culling algorithm are comprehensive applied in the platform to solve the issues of data storage and loading, the scene display efficiency. Taking the 3D scene construction, scene interaction and information searching in power transmission and transformation equipments as exalnples, this paper describes how to manage 3D grid resources and apply them into specific scenes. Further, this paper depicts the optimized 3D model loading and display strategy, which can not only improve the elficiency of 3D scene display, but also enhance user experience of 3D platform.
