摘　　要：为解决智能通信配电网中通信网络规模的扩大、终端设备种类的增多、通信技术更新的加快、网络拓扑结构复杂,使得驾驭通信网络的难度加大等问题,文章提出终端接入网网管系统。首先从智能配电网通信发展要求出发,分析被管网络的网络结构,并提出了终端接入网系统的总体体系结构以及总体资源模型,根据智能配用电通信的管理需求,详细分析本系统各个模块的功能,最后对系统的安全防护体系做出深入分析。With the increasing size of communication network, increasing types of terminals, and rapid development of communication technologies, to effectively manage communication network of distribution network is a difficult thing. This paper designs a network management system for the terminals access network. First, the topology of the managed network is analyzed from the aspect of smart distribution network communication. And then system architecture and system resource model of the terminals access network are given and functionalities of each system module are analyzed based on system management requirements. Finally, an in-depth analysis of security protection system is made.
