摘　　要：医院高层病房楼外侧加建钢结构电梯工程具有平面尺寸小、高度高、施工现场狭窄及环境复杂等特点,钢结构安装结合现场条件,钢结构构件采用工厂加工、制作、涂装及分段拼装成框架单元,现场设置塔式起重机分段吊装的安装技术等措施,解决了钢结构安装施工过程中的变形、焊接质量不易控制等问题,保证了施工过程的安全,仅用了30d就完成了加建钢结构工程现场安装工作。Steel structure elevator project outside high rise hospital inpatient building is high and is located on a narrow site where the surrounding conditions are complex. Considering field conditions, the steel structure is processed, manufactured, painted and assembled into frame units in factory, and it is lifted in segments by tower crane erected on site, to successfully solve deformation and unreliable welding quality during installation of steel structure, and to guarantee construction safety. The project was effectively completed within 30 days, winning high praise of the owner.
