摘　　要：大连中心·裕景(公建)ST2塔楼工程采用了内爬式塔式起重机施工技术。经计算剪力墙承载力无法满足塔式起重机爬升要求,须对其进行加固。根据结构设计特点,确定了塔式起重机布置位置及相应的结构加固措施,较好地完成了施工任务,为类似工程提供参考。Interior climbing tower crane construction technique is adopted in the Eton Place-Dalian （public building） ST2 tower project. After calculation, it is found that the bearing capacity of the shear wall fails to meet the climbing requirements of tower crane and the shear wall must be reinforced. Based on the characteristics of structural design, position of tower crane and relevant structural reinforcement measures are determined and engineering construction is successfully completed, providing valuable references for similar projects in the future.
