摘　　要：保障性住房建设意义重大。通过分析支撑体住宅(CSI)的技术特点,提出了解决保障性住房使用寿命、建设耗能、住房维修、住房性能及户型适应性等问题的方法,为保障性住房建设相关技术完善提供了新思路。Indemnificatory housing construction has great significance. After characteristics of CSI housing, methods are such as service life, construction energy adaptability, etc., providing a piece of put forward for solving various problems consumption, house maintenance, house new idea for technical improvement analysis on the technical of indemnificatory housing, performance and unit type of indemnificatory housingconstruction.
