摘　　要：针对轴流式通风机的整体设计,轴向和径向间隙是气流泄漏的主要部位,对风机压头、效率以及振动噪音等都有重要影响。包括集流器、整流罩、整流体和扩散筒在内的主要通流部件对风机的整机性能也有重要影响。完成了主要间隙及通流部件的设计计算,提高了设计的可靠性,具有重要的指导意义和实际应用价值。During the design of an axial flow fan,the axial and radial clearance is the major leak point,which has important influence to the pressure,efficiency and noise of the fan.The major on flow components including the collector,false ogive and diffuser section also have important influence to the fan.The method above can improve the dependability of the design,and has important value of engineering applications.
