摘  要:为了满足液压支架大孔径缸筒的生产需要,针对2台老式T2130深孔镗床及旧的缸筒深孔加工工艺进行分析研究,确定改造方案。设计制作了授油器等配套的零部件,对比了深孔镗床改造前、后的缸筒深孔加工的新、旧工艺方法的优缺点。通过实际实施提高了深孔镗床的加工能力,而且可运用新的缸筒加工技术,减轻了工人劳动强度、提高了生产效率,降低加工成本,节省了外购设备资金,达到了预期目的。In order to meet the production requirements of hydraulic support large diameter cylinder,for the two old T2130 deep hole boring machine deep hole processing technology and the old cylinder are studied and determined.Design made a grant oil machine and other supporting parts,taking the before and after deep hole boring machine deep hole processing of cylinder new and old process method,compares their advantages and disadvantages.Through the actual implementation to improve the machining ability of deep hole boring machine,machining technology and can use the new cylinder,reduce the labor intensity of workers,improves the production efficiency,reduce processing cost,save the purchased equipment,has reached the expected purpose.
