摘　　要：针对解决采煤机电控箱冷却方式问题的分析,对目前使用的采煤机电控箱用冷却方法进行了介绍,其中包括空气冷却系统、散热片冷却方式和夹层式水冷却方式,探讨了采煤机电控箱冷却效果的理论依据,讨论了采煤机电控箱壳体的导热理论和冷却水的散热原理,给出了计算方法。为采煤机电控箱散热方式的选择提供了理论依据。Mining electrical control box cooling method for the analysis to solve the problem of mining electrical control box cooling way,the text of the current use of coal mining electrical control box with cooling methods were introduced,including air cooling system heat sink cooling mode and sandwich water cooling,to explore the theoretical basis of the mining of the cooling effect of the electrical control box,to discuss the principle of thermal theory and the heat of the cooling water in the coal mining electrical control box housing,given the method of calculation.Provides a theoretical basis the for mining electrical control box cooling mode select.
