摘　　要：针对Pro/E环境中没有提供我国机械结构标准件的现状,根据我国机械结构标准件国家标准,详细介绍了利用Pro/E的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT进行标准件开发时模型参数化设计、数据库操作和模型参数操作等关键技术,完成了标准件设计软件的开发。通过实例介绍了标准件类型及其参数的选择设置等功能,实际应用表明,通过这种方法建立的标准件设计软件实现了标准件的快速建模,满足了在Pro/E中方便快捷地使用符合我国国标的标准件的要求。Aimed at status that the GB mechanical structure standard part is not provided in Pro/E,the paper did secondary development work of standard part according to the GB standard in Pro/E by using Pro/E secondary development tool software Pro/TOOLKIT.And it detailed presents the key technology that are applied in software develop such as parameter design,database operation,model parameter operation,etc.Finally through example to introduce the functions such as the setting types and parameter of standard part,the actual application present that the requirements of applying conveniently and efficiently the GB standard part of corresponding to national standard in Pro/E can be satisfied.
