摘　　要：城乡均衡发展直接关系着社会稳定和国民经济的健康发展,为了促进统筹城乡均衡发展,解决三农问题,缩小城乡差距,实现城乡经济、社会、文化持续协调发展,最终实现共同富裕,通过对统筹城乡发展含义的概述,深入分析城乡间差距,并提出实现统筹城乡发展的战略意义,重点探讨了统筹城乡发展的方法与措施,以此促进城乡协调均衡发展。The balanced development of urban and rural was related to social stability and healthy development of national economy ,in order to promote and overall balanced development of urban and rural ,solve the prob-lem of agriculture ,narrow the gap between urban and rural ,implement coordinated development of economic , social and cultural ,so as to achieve common prosperity ultimately .The meaning of urban and rural development was summarized ,the gap between urban and rural areas in depth ,the strategic significance of balanced develop-ment ,focusing on the methods and measures to balance urban and rural development ,so as to promote balanced development .
