摘　　要：城乡一体化发展是区域生产力水平或者城市化水平发展到一定程度的标志,是区域经济发展的一个崭新阶段,是解决"三农"问题的根本途径。达州城乡一体化发展事态良好,必须在进一步加快城乡双向一体化进程、坚守城乡一体化的总体发展战略导向、搭建城乡一体化的战略大框架、确立城乡一体化的社会保障系统等方面取得实质性突破之后,才能引导达州城乡一体化发展不断跃上新台阶。The unification of rural and urban is a mark of a certain degree of productive force in an area or an url）aniza- tion, a new stage of a regional economy development and a fundamental solution to ＂Three Problems about Rural＂. Tbough the situation of the unification of urban and rural development is well in Dazhou, a new stage will appear only when is the progress of the two way unification sped up, the total orientation of development sustained, the strategical frame structured, and the social security system established.
