新一轮西部大开发背景下西部地区承接产业转移的问题与对策分析——以四川省为例

摘　　要：以四川省为例,对新一轮西部大开发背景下西部地区在承接产业转移过程中的利弊进行了分析。文章认为四川在承接产业转移中,区位、资源与政策环境方面具有比较优势,但也存在观念陈旧、产业结构比例不协调、产业配套能力弱、产业发展软环境不完善等问题。针对上述问题提出了相关对策建议。Abstraet：Taking Siehuan as an example, the advantage and disr, dvantage is analyzed in the process of undertaking in- dustry transition of western region on the background of the new sound of west china development strategy. It is argued that Sichuan has comparative advantages on location, resources and policy environment, but such disadvantages as old concept, industrial structure disproportion, weak industrial supporting capacity, imperfect soft environment of industrial development are obvious. Finally the relevant countermeasures are put forward.
