地方新建高师院校实践教育现实困境刍议

摘　　要：当前产业结构调整升级和转变发展方式的宏观战略,对高等教育提出了突出应用型人才培养、加强实践教育的新要求。囿于多方面因素的影响,地方新建高师院校当前实践教育面临着动力、资源、机制、发展四个方面的现实困境,迫切需要认真审思,需要政府、高校、社会、企业等多方联动与共同努力并加以解决,以适应经济社会转型发展的需要。At present, the upgraqde of industrial structure and the macroscopic strategy of the transition of development paltern requires thai the university should train the practical talents and strengthen the practical education. Influenced by many factors, the practical education in the newly founded normal universities is confronted with the difficulties, such as move power, resource, system and development .
