摘 要:对某公司开发的新型混合承载式白车身,建立了白车身静刚度和强度测试系统。利用该系统对该货车白车身的扭转和弯曲工况进行了测试分析,得到了白车身扭转和弯曲工况下的变形情况以及各测点的应力分布状况。试验结果表明,该测量系统的约束和加载方案合理,测试结果重复性好。测试数据可以作为对标分析和改进设计的参考。With the new hybrid and load-style body-in-white developed by an automaker, a body-in-white stiffness and strength test & measurement system was established. Bending and twisting conditions were tested by the system, through which the deformation status of the body-in-white were obtained in the case of bending and twisting, also the stress distribution of the measurement points were obtained. The test results show that the constraint and loading method of the measurement system are rational, leading to good reproducibility of test results. The test data can be used as the reference to do the analysis of benchmarking as well as to improve the design.
