探讨内窥式流产吸引系统在高危人流中应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨内窥式流产吸引系统在人流高危人群中应用价值.方法 选取2010年1月～2011年11月在我院计划生育门诊自愿选择内窥式负压吸宫术的高危人流孕妇214例（可视组）,配对选取同期要求实施传统负压吸宫术的高危人流孕妇214例（传统组）为对照,分析两组人群负压吸宫术中出血、术后出血天数、术中术后并发症及手术满意度情况.结果 两组术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;但可视组术后出血天数明显少于传统人流组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组无子宫穿孔发生;两组人流综合症、人流不全、宫腔感染、宫颈粘连及月经失调比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.可视组术毕满意度明显好于传统人流组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 内窥式流产吸引系统在高危人流中应用是安全的,值得临床推广.Objective To evaluate the clinical value of speculum negative pressure aspiration of uterus operation in high risk population. Methods The high risk women who chosed terminating the pregnancy in the family planning department of our Hospital were selected between January of 2010 to November of 2011. The high risk population women were divided to two matched groups：the speculum group （the visual group） composed of 214 patients and （the traditional group） of 214 ones too. To analyze the high risk factors and to compare the volume of blood loss, days of hemorrhage, the complications in and after the operation and the degree of content between the two groups. Results The volume of the blood loss were equal between the two groups（/〉〉0.05）. But the hemorrhage days in the visual group is less than the traditional group（P〈0.05）; No uterine perforation occurred in two groups. The difference of induced abortion syndrom, incomplete abortion, intrauterine infection, cervical adhesion and menstrual disorder is not significant between the two groups（P〉0.05）;The visual group women were more content than the traditional group after operations clearly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The speculum negative pressure aspiration of uterus operation in high risk population is safe and worth popularizing.
