摘　　要：目的探讨手术室重复使用器械清洗质量的改进措施,提高清洗质量,保证灭菌效果,降低医院感染。方法随机抽取消毒供应中心回收的手术重复使用器械300件,分为对照组和实验组,每组各150件。对照组采用传统的清洗法;实验组采用改进的清洗法。对两组清洗后的洁净度合格率和隐血试验阳性率进行比较。结果实验组手术室重复使用器械清洗后的洁净度为97.33%,明显高于对照组的75.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组隐血试验阳性率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的18.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室重复使用器械采用改进的清洗法进行清洗,能有效地提高清洗质量,控制医院感染。Objective to discuss the operating room reusable instrument clean quality improvement measures to improve Cleaning quality, ensure the sterilization effect, reduce the hospital infection.
