摘 要:为了实现燃烧场沿视线(LOS)路径的温度分布测量,发展了可调谐二极管吸收光谱(TDLAS)多谱线测温技术。将快速温度调谐技术应用到TDLAS在线测量中,采用4支激光器时分复用的方式,在24 s内覆盖H2O的多条吸收谱线,通过多谱线选择原则筛选了其中的35条吸收谱线作为多谱线测温中的目标谱线。提出了路径分区的温度测量方法,通过将线强与温度的复杂超越函数关系在测温范围内进行多项式简化,并加入边界约束条件,得到每个路径分区内的温度值。利用该方法对酒精灯进行实验,得到的结果与热电偶测量结果相吻合,从而验证了快速温度调谐多谱线方法测量近似稳定的非均匀温度场的LOS分布的可行性和有效性。研究结果为火场检测和高温工业过程的温度测量提供了一定的参考。The multi-line thermometry based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) is developed to measure the non-uniform temperature distribution along the line of sight (LOS) measurement path of combustion field. The rapid temperature tuning technique is applied to TDLAS on line measurement to obtain multiple H2O lines with four laser diodes (LDs) time-division multiplexing. 35 transition lines are screened according to the improved spectral line selection principle. By means of simplifying the complex transcendental function of line-strength versus temperature by polynomial approximation within the temperature range and adding boundary conditions, path binning method is proposed to obtain the temperature values of the sub-regions along the path by using the measured multiple lines. Path binning is implemented to a non-uniform temperature zone constructed by alcohol lamp flame. The results coincide with that measured by thermocouple. Therefore, the feasibility effectiveness of this method are verified for measuring approximate stable non-uniform temperature LOS distribution. Research results provide a certain reference to the temperature measurement of combustion field and high-temperature industrial process.
