摘  要:目的应用临床和电生理测验评估依那西普在脊髓损伤(SCI)恢复过程中的效用。方法 30只新西兰大白兔均分为3组:1组脊髓损伤后肌注2 mL生理盐水,10只;2组脊髓损伤6 h后肌注依那西普(2.0 mg/kg),10只;3组脊髓损伤24 h后肌注依那西普(2.0 mg/kg),10只。对兔SCI发生前、SCI后即刻、SCI 1 w后和2 w后的临床和电生理情况进行测定评估(临床评估应用—塔洛夫Tarlov)评分,电生理评估应用-躯体感觉诱发电位SEP)。结果 SCI 2 w后,第2、3组的临床塔洛夫评分及躯体感觉诱发电位恢复情况均优于第1组。结论这些实验结果表明,依那西普可以促进脊髓损伤后的临床和电生理恢复。Objective To assess the effect of Etanercept on spinal cord injury (SCI) through clinical and electrophysiological tests. Methods 30 New Zealand white rabbits were averagely divided into 3 groups: Group One was treated with 2 mL saline intra- muscular injection after spinal cord injury; Group Two was injected with Etanercept (2. 0 mg/kg) after six hours of the injury; Group Three was injected of the same amount after 24 hours. The rats were examined clinically and eleetrophysiologically before and immedi-ately after SCI, one week after SCI, and two weeks after SCI ( Tarlov score was used in clinical assessment; electrophysiologieal score was used in somatosensory evoked potential). Results The Tarlov score and SEP recovery of Group Two and Group Three were better than that of Group One. Conclusion Etanercept can belp the clinical and eleetrophysiological recovery after the spinal cord injury.
