摘  要:目的研究MRI在获得性肝性脑部变性(AHCD)诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析8例行MRI头部扫描的获得性肝性脑部变性患者的MRI表现及临床资料。结果 8例患者MRI扫描均见T1WI呈对称性高信号,双侧苍白球8例、豆状核4例、中脑红核周围5例、垂体前叶1例;T2WI及FLAIR未见明显异常信号。结论双侧苍白球、豆状核、中脑红核周围、垂体前叶等部位出现的对称性T1WI高信号是获得性肝性脑部变性比较特异性的征象。MRI对获得性肝性脑部变性的诊断具有重要价值。Objective To study diagnostic values of MRI in acquired hepatocerebral degeneration (AHCD). Methods The cer- ebral MRI findings and the clinical data of 8 patients with AHCD were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 8 patients showed T1WI symmetrical high signals by brain MR scan, including hyperintense on T1WI (SE) in globus pallidus (8 cases), lentiform nu- cleus (4 cases), midbrain surroudi,g red nucleus (5 cases), and anterior pituitary (1 case), while T2WI and T2FLAIR didn' t demonstrate corresponding alteration in signal intensity. Conclusion The typical MRI findngs of AHCD are symmetrical hyperintense signals of T1WI, primarily in the globus pallidus, lentiform nucleus, midbrain surrouding red nucleus and anterior pituitary. MRI has important value in the diagnosis of acquired hepatocerebral degeneration.
