假性左束支阻滞临床心电图分析

摘　　要：本文报道一例左前分支阻滞并非特异性阻滞误诊为左束支阻滞的病例。提醒结合临床分析心电图动态变化,有助真、假左束支阻滞的识别。It was reported in this case study that a patient with left anterior fascieular block （LAFB） combined with nonspecifie intraventricular conduction delay （NIVCD） was however misdiagnosed as left bundle branch block （LBBB）. Dynamic changes in clini- cal ECG needed to be analyzed, which would help us to identify the true -left bundle branch block （TLBBB） from the false -left bun- die branch block （FLBBB）.
