摘　　要：新媒体技术发展使网络传播模式发生了深刻变化:传播主体与受众融合,传播渠道与方式多元,传统传播流程被改变;网络舆情形态也发生了深刻变化:个体成为网络舆情形成和扩散中心,政府"把关"功能严重削弱,出现传播权滥用与"网络串联示威"。新媒体技术还给网络舆情信息工作带来了重大挑战:信息采集数量巨大,信息分析难度增加,舆情预警时间缩短,舆情应对日益复杂。The development of new media technology brings internet communication mode undergoing profound changes, which include that communication subjects and audiences converge, communication channels and methods vary, traditional communication process is changing. It also takes the deep changes of internet public opinion, including that individual becomes the formation and diffusion center of internet public opinion, the government ＂gatekeeper＂ functions are severely impaired, and the right abuses to communicate and ＂internet series protesters＂ appear. Information work of internet public opinion faces some great challenges, such like that the amount of information collection is huge, the difficulty of information analysis enhances, the time for internet public opinion early warning is shorten, dealing with internet public opinion becomes more complicated.
