包河区首例W_(135)群流脑死亡病例调查分析

摘　　要：目的描述包河区首例W135群流脑病例流行病学特点,分析可能的传染来源。方法对病例进行流行病学调查并采集相关标本进行实验室检测。结果患者病情进展迅速,从发病到死亡仅仅为2d。其临床特征为急起发热、全身瘀斑;血培养结果为脑膜炎奈瑟菌阳性,细菌分型为W135群。结论该病例为包河区首例W135群流脑病例,加强菌群变迁监测,尽快将ACYW135流脑疫苗纳入免疫规划应对菌群变迁。Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of the first death case of neisseria meningitides W 135 in Baohe District,and explore the source of infection.Methods Epidemiological investigation of the case was conducted and the related specimen were collected and tested and possible cultured.Results The clinical process of the patient was rapid,and the patient died in two days.The clinical characters were fever and systemic ecchymosis.The result of blood sample culture was positive for neisseria meningitidis,which was W 135 group.Conclusion The case was the first confirmed W 135 one in Baohe.Surveillance for neisseria meningitides should be strengthened,and meningococcal vaccine group ACYW 135 should be incorporated into the routine vaccination of immunization program by the government.
