摘 要:详细介绍多种气体油色谱的系统结构。为了提高变压器油色谱在线监测测试系统在线监测的可靠性,研制出了一种真空脱气系统。该系统脱气时间短,体积小,而且脱气效率高。采用双并联色谱柱进行混合气体分离,对整个系统硬件和软件进行简单设计,然后对投入运行的变压器进行监测。研究表明,该系统能够很好地反映油中溶解气体的含量,对变压器油中溶解气体起到很好的监测作用,工作状态稳定,在工程上具有很好的应用价值。The various system structures of gas oil chromatographic are introduced in detail. In order to improve the reliability of the transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring system, a kind of vacuum degassing system is developed which has short time of degassing, small volume and high degassing efficiency. The parallel chromato- graph is applied to separate the mixed gases. The hardware and software are designed, and the transformer which has put into operation is monitored. The research shows that this system have an effect on the content of the dissolved gases,and plays very good monitoring role in dissolved gasses of transformer oil. The working state is stable and has perfect application value.
