妈富隆治疗上环后出血疗效与影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨妈富隆治疗放置IUD后致子宫异常出血的临床效果及影响因素。方法将120例入选的放置IUD后致子宫异常出血的妇女随机分为两组,分析出血的影响因素,对照组患者采用妥塞敏0.5 g/次,3次/d,治疗3个月经周期,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服妈富隆2片/d,治疗3个月经周期,比较两组的治疗效果。结果引起IUD后子宫异常出血的原因主要为:宫内IUD异常和下生殖道感染,经治疗3个周期后,两组的月经卡评分均有不同程度的降低,且观察组降低更为明显,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆联合妥塞敏治疗放置IUD后子宫异常出血具有良好的临床有效性和安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of marvelon on the treatment of abnormal bleeding after palcing IUD in uterine and the influence factors. Methods 120 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into two groups. In control group, patients were treated with tranexamic acid at the dose of 0.5g, t. i. d. In observation group, patients were treated with tranexamie acid combined with marvelon. The effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The main cause of abnormaluterine bleeding were IUD abnormal and lower genital tract infection. After treatment for 3 cycles, the menstruation card scores of patients in the two groups decreased, and the score of patients in observation group decreased more significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group at the end of the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The clinical of Marvelon combined with tranexamic acid was effective and safe on treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding after IUD placement. It is worth generalizing.
