流动人口流产和分娩后避孕服务状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解流动人口流产和分娩后避孕服务状况,提高避孕服务质量。方法选择龙岗区120例医疗服务机构人员和860例人工流产和分娩后妇女进行问卷调查。结果医疗服务机构人员对于避孕方法、避孕药品知识问答得分超过60分的仅有32人(26.7%);120人中有101人(84.2%)曾经为妇女提供过避孕咨询服务,其中48人(47.5%)经常提供咨询服务,52人(51.5%)偶尔提供服务,仅有2人(2.0%)的主要工作为避孕咨询服务;120人中有44人(36.7%)曾接受过避孕咨询服务方面的培训。流产后或者分娩后未接受任何避孕宣教服务的占69.9%,医生向其提供避孕药具的仅占10.9%。结论流动人口人工流产妇女年龄小、文化程度低、避孕知识欠缺,现有的避孕服务提供不足,应针对其特点加强流产后的避孕宣教服务工作。Objective To investigate the contraceptive service status of floating population after abortion and childbirth, to enhance the quality of service. Methods 120 people worked in medical service agency and 860 women experienced artificial abortion and childbirth were included in this study and carried on questionnaire survey. Results There 32 （26.7%） people worked in medical service agency scored more than 60, and 101 in 120 of them supplied contraceptive service to women ever. 48 （47.5%） of them often, 52 （51.5%） occasionally provide services. Only 2（2% ） of them who＇s work was to provide contraceptive services. 44 in 120（36.7% ） works ever received contraceptive service training. There were 69.9% of women, who experienced artificial abortion and childbirth, didn＇t receive any contraceotion education services, and only lO. 9% of them receivedcontraceptive from doctors ever. Conclusions Women in floating population, who experienced artificial abortion were young, at low educational level and lack of contraceptive knowledge, the contraceptive service is insufficient. The government should strengthen propaganda and education of contraceptive service after abortion and childbirth for those women.
