摘  要:目的探讨腹腔镜操作培训系统对实习医生的培训效果。方法对参加培训的临床本科五年制的实习医生24人进行基础理论、基本技能、临床实践等方面的培训,并在培训前后对他们的基础理论、操作技能、手术实践进行考核。结果夹取50颗黄豆、剥5颗葱皮、纱布上完成缝合3针、完成鸡食管-结肠吻合术所需时间在培训后较培训分别缩短了28.2%、31.2%、39.2%、42.9%,均存在显著差别(P<0.05);基础理论、操作技能培训后较培训前得到了显著的提升(P<0.05)。结论通过短期的培训,可以快速培养泌尿外科医师的腹腔镜技术,此种培训系统在泌尿外科临床教学中可以大力推广。Objective To investigate the effect of urological laparoscopic surgical technique training system of undergraduate students. Methods 24 five-year undergraduate students participating in the clinical training studied theoretical knowledge,practiced simulation training,animal testing and surgical observation, trained in the areas of clinical practice. The scores before and after training on their theoretical knowledge,skills and clinical practice were assessed. Results About the time after the training of clipping 50 soybeans,peeling 5 onion skin,suturing 3-pin in sponge and performing the partial nephrectomy showed a significant decrease by 28. 2%,31. 2%,39. 2%,42. 9% respectively( all,P < 0. 05 as compared to the time before the training). The test scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice assessment were significantly elevated between before training and after training( all,P < 0. 05). Conclusions Through short-term training,urological laparoscopic surgical technique training system can obviously improve the basic technical skill of laparoscopic operation of urologists,and deserve to be expanded in clinical teaching.
