摘　　要：目的探讨宫、腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症的手术配合方法及要点。方法总结性回顾2012年6月至2013年6月间我科采用宫、腹腔镜联合诊治30例不孕症患者的手术配合及术前、术后的准备工作。结果全部患者手术顺利,手术时间(42±28)min,术中出血均小于50 ml,无并发症发生。结论宫、腹腔镜联合手术可以安全有效地诊治不孕症。提高手术配合的熟练和专业程度可以有效减少手术时间、提高手术疗效、促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the key points and method of nursing cooperation in the treatment of aciesis under peritoneoseope and hysteroscopy. Methods Analyzed the data of nursing cooperation, preoperative and postoperative preparation of 30 women suffered from aciesis and who were treated under peritoneoseope and hysteroseopy. Results All surgeries were completed successfully, mean operative time was 69.4 ＋ 17.7min, blood loss was less than 50ml, none complication occurred. Conclusions Surgery under Peritoneoscope and hysteroseopy was safe and effective for diagnosis and treatment of aciesis. Improve the skilled and professional degree of nursing cooperation was helpful to reduce the operation time, promote the effectiveness and recovery.
