摘 要:为研究热动力装置产生的高温气体在水下排气时产生的噪声特性,建立水下高温排气噪声测试系统,测试常温和高温条件下的水下排气噪声及陆上排气噪声,分析了上游声源、排气温度对水下排气噪声的影响.实验结果表明:水下排气噪声的高频部分随排气温度的增加而增加,而温度对陆上排气(气体直接排入到大气中)噪声的影响很小;排气温度主要影响水下管口辐射噪声及气泡噪声,气液温差的增加导致管口辐射噪声增加,同时气泡的变形也随温度的增加而变快,从而导致了气泡噪声的增加;由于温度的升高,喷口处气液温差加大,喷口处液体的湍动也随之增加,进而增加了高频段的湍流噪声.An underwater noise test system with high temperature gas jet was built to investigate the exhaust noise characteristics of the high temperature underwater gas jet.Exhaust experiments under room temperature and high temperature conditions were taken and the influences of the upstream noise and the gas temperature on the submerged gas jet noise were analyzed.Experimental results show that the underwater gas exhaust noise of high frequency increases with the increase of the gas temperature,while the gas jet noise on land(the gas is directly discharged into the air)is affected less by gas temperature.It comes to a conclusion that gas temperature mainly affects the underwater emission noise near the nozzle and bubble noise.The bubble deformation increases with the temperature rising,and the underwater emission noise near the nozzle and the bubble noise are increased by larger gas-liquid temperature differences.Increasing temperature results in increasing gas-liquid temperature difference,thereby increasing the turbulence near the pipe nozzle and increasing the turbulent noise of high frequency.
