摘　　要：本文介绍了一种使用气相色谱法测定异佛尔酮的定量分析方法。采用FID检测器，HP-5毛细管色谱柱，对丙酮、异佛尔酮、二丙醇酮、异丙叉丙酮进行定量分析。方法的回收率在97．7％-102．4％之间，标准偏差不超过3．9613％，变异系数不超过0．28％，线性相关系数均为1。该方法适用于异佛尔酮及其副产物的定量分析。A method was established for the analysis in synthesis of isophorone by GC. FID detector and HP - 5 capillary column were used to quantify acetone, isophorone, diacetone alcohol and mesityl oxide. The recovery was 97. 7 ~ 102. 4, the RSD was no higher than 3. 9613, the coefficient of variation was no higher than 0.28% and the linear correlation coefficient was 1 for all products. The method was proper for quantified isophorone and its by-products.
