摘　　要：运用摩擦、磨损与润滑理论 ,根据吴堡水文站水文缆道多年运行过程中磨损问题的观测试验 ,分析了轮与索磨损的主要原因。借鉴相关行业经验 ,研究了水文缆道相应的改进办法 ,从而达到减少磨损、延长使用寿命、增加安全系数和提高经济效益的目的 ,并对水文设施的改造提出了合理化建议。Based on observation and experiment about abrasive issue during years in operation of hydrological cable in Wubao Station, the main reasons for abrasion of wheel and cable are analyzed by applying the theory of abrasive wear and friction. Using experiences from correlative professions, corresponding improvement ways are studied which lead to reduction of abrasive wear, lengthening life span, increase of safety, and enhance of economic benefit. Rational suggestions are also put forward for reconstruction of hydrological facilities.
