摘 要:目的通过双能X线骨密度仪对大学生全身骨密度进行测量,探讨大学生骨密度和身体成分的相关性。方法随机抽取泰山医学院在校大学生35例,男19例,女16例,采用骨密度仪测量全身骨密度、脂肪百分比、脂肪量、肌肉量、骨矿含量,并用SPSS 13.0统计软件对测得的数据进行统计分析。结果通过对相关系数γ的分析,大学生全身骨密度与肌肉量呈正相关,具高度显著性(γ=0.480,P=0.003),骨密度与骨矿含量呈正相关,具高度显著性(γ=0.773,P<0.01),骨密度与脂肪百分比没有相关性(γ=-0.220,P=0.204),骨密度与脂肪量没有相关性(γ=-0.101,P=0.563),脂肪百分比与骨矿含量呈负相关,具高度显著性(γ=-0.484,P=0.003),脂肪百分比与脂肪量呈正相关,具高度显著性(γ=0.946,P<0.01),脂肪百分比与肌肉量呈负相关,具高度显著性(γ=-0.770,P<0.01),脂肪量与骨矿含量没有相关性(γ=-0.267,P=0.122)脂肪量与肌肉量呈负相关,具高度显著性(γ=-0.557,P=0.001),肌肉量与骨矿含量呈正相关,具高度显著性(γ=0.843,P<0.01)。结论大学生骨密度和身体成分之间存在显著的相关性。通过检测骨密度即可预测人体身体成分的相关指标,为研究人体身体成分的趋势变化提供理论和试验依据。[ Objective ] Through dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry on college students' body bone mineral density measurement, the university student bone mineral density and body composition of relativity. [ Conclusion ] College students' bone mineral density and body composition there was significant correlation. Through the test can predict human bone mineral density body composition of relevant index, study the human body composition for the trend of the theory and experiment basis for changes to provide.
